Once your date is reserved, I'll send you content prompts and video tutorials so gathering your images and copy is simple. Then we lock down your colors, fonts, and logo so your site has a clear, cohesive look from the start.
Step 03:Design Phase
With your brand approved, I design your homepage and build out every page with regular check-ins. Two rounds of revisions are included, and every link, form, and feature gets tested before we go live.
Step 04:Launch & Support
We launch together and I walk you through your new site and handle your domain migration. Then you get four weeks of post-launch edits plus lifetime access to our private community with bi-weekly live coaching calls.

How long does a custom website take?
Two weeks of design time. We kick off on a Monday, you review the homepage first and give feedback, then the remaining pages are built out and the site launches at the end of week two. Because I take a limited number of projects each month, I recommend booking at least two to four weeks before the date you want to be live.
What do you need from me before we start?
Your content. After you book, you'll get an onboarding form plus a content portal with prompts, examples, and short videos for every page, along with a place to upload photos, logo files, and existing brand assets. Everything is due before your design week begins, which is what keeps a two-week build on schedule.
What types of businesses does The Creative Ember serve?

For every client, we go beyond simply designing a beautiful website. We create a strategic experience that elevates your presence and positions you for long-term growth. Our most successful clients are the ones ready to step into a purpose-driven season of clarity, confidence, and meaningful business growth.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Projects are booked with a deposit, and the balance is split into 3 additional monthly payments. Your full payment schedule is written into the proposal before you sign, so you know every date and amount up front.
Are there other costs I should plan for?
Two, and both are paid directly by you so you always own your accounts. A domain name runs about $12 to $15 a year, and a Showit subscription starts around $22 a month and includes hosting. I will send you a link for a free first month of Showit, and I handle the setup and domain connection for you.
Do you write the website copy?
No. I am not a copywriter and do not have this service available. We do, however, provide you with a DIY Website Content Writing Guide to give you an outline and guidance so you're able to DIY your website content. If you'd like to hire a copywriter to help you, I have plenty of copywriting friends to recommend!
