Website Design for Brands Ready to Fill Their Calendar With Dream Clients

Your Website Is Costing You Clients and You Can Feel It
You know the feeling. Someone finds you, clicks over to your site, and you kind of wince.
Maybe it's a template you bought two years ago and never quite finished. Maybe it's a site you built yourself at midnight between client projects. Maybe it just doesn't sound like you anymore.
Here's what's actually happening. People decide whether to trust you in about three seconds, and they decide it before they've read a single word about your experience.
So the person who would have been your dream client closes the tab and books someone whose website looked more expensive. Not someone who is better than you.
That's the part that stings. And that's exactly what I fix.
What a Showit Website Actually Does for You
I don't just make things pretty. Pretty is the easy part.
I design custom Showit websites that are built around one question: what does this person need to see, feel, and understand before they're ready to reach out?
That means your homepage has a job. Your services page has a job. Your about page has a job. Every scroll moves someone closer to the inquiry button instead of just looking nice on the way down.
I also build your site so Google can actually find it, so your email list has somewhere to grow, and so you can update it yourself.
A beautiful website that nobody finds is just an expensive business card.
Every business is in a different season.

From the start, I gave her a general idea of what I wanted, and she truly ran with it. The whole experience was smooth, and the final website turned out exactly how I pictured it. The Creative Ember
Meet Your Website Designer and Marketing Strategist
Hi, friend.
I'm Angela, founder of The Creative Ember.
I spent two decades in marketing and advertising before I started designing websites for creative business owners. That background is the whole reason my sites work the way they do.
I've watched a lot of beautiful websites sit there and do absolutely nothing. Not because the design was bad, but because nobody thought about what the person visiting actually needed.
So that's where I start. Who's coming to your site, what are they worried about, and what do they need to see before they trust you enough to reach out.
The design comes after that. And yes, it's going to be gorgeous.
What I care about most is that you feel proud to send people to your website. That you stop apologizing for it in DMs. That showing up online starts feeling less like a chore and more like something you actually want to do.
I run The Creative Ember out of Atlanta, Georgia. I meet with local clients in person when it's helpful, and I work with clients all over the country.

FAQ
Which website option is right for me, and what does a website cost?
It depends on where your business is right now. Templates are for when you need something polished and you're doing it yourself. Website in a Week starts at $1,500 and is for when you need a custom site and you needed it last month. Custom Website & Branding starts at $2,997 and is for when you want to invest once and not think about your website again for years. All three offer payment plans. If you're not sure, send me your site and I'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Do I really need a website if most of my clients find me on Instagram?
Instagram is great for being found. It's not great for being chosen. Someone who discovers you on social is going to look for a website before they inquire, and if there isn't one, or there's one you haven't updated in two years, that's the moment they hesitate. Your website is where people go to decide. Social is where they go to find you in the first place. You want both doing their own job.
Why Showit instead of Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress?
Showit lets me design your desktop and mobile site separately, which means your site looks intentional on a phone instead of squeezed. Most of your visitors are on their phone. It also has a real blog built on WordPress underneath, so you get the SEO benefit without the WordPress headache. And it's genuinely easy to update yourself, which matters more than people expect six months after launch.
Will a new website actually bring me more clients?
A website by itself doesn't generate traffic. What it does is convert the traffic you already have. Most business owners are getting more visitors than they realize and losing them at the site. So we fix what happens after someone lands: clear messaging, an obvious next step, and a structure Google can read. One client booked her first project after launch at double her previous rate.
How much work is this going to be for me?
Less than you're picturing, and it's front-loaded. You'll fill out an onboarding form, gather your photos, and write or supply your copy. I give you a content guide with prompts so you're not staring at a blank page. After that, we have one 30-minute strategy call and I build. Most of the effort is in the first week, and then you're mostly reviewing.
Do you only work with businesses in Atlanta?
I'm based in Atlanta and I meet with local clients in person when it helps, but most of my work is remote and I design for clients all over the country. Photographers, florists, hairstylists, event planners, med spas, wellness practitioners. If you're a service business and your website needs to do more than sit there, location isn't the deciding factor.
