Book A Call
Fill out the contact form to get started and book a quick discovery call. We’ll talk through your design needs, identify your top priorities, and make sure a VIP Day is the right fit for your project.
Step Two
Secure Your Date
After our call, you’ll choose your VIP Day date and submit your deposit to reserve your spot. You’ll also receive a prep guide and checklist to help you gather all the files, copy, and assets we’ll need before your day.
Step Three
Prep + Organize
Before your VIP Day, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire and gather all of the materials needed to complete your project — like brand assets, images, copy, and logins. This ensures everything is ready to go when your day begins.
Step Four
Your VIP Day
On your VIP Day, your project is my full focus. You’ll get updates throughout the day, and by the end, you’ll have finished deliverables ready to use — no waiting, no endless revisions.
Step Five
Wrap-Up + Follow-Up
After your VIP Day, you’ll receive a wrap-up email with your final files, a walkthrough video, and a 7 days of post-day support for any small questions or tweaks.

To make the most of your day, you’ll need to have your website copy, brand assets, images, and any relevant logins ready ahead of time.
Once you book, I’ll send you a prep guide and questionnaire so you know exactly what to gather and how to organize it.

Yes and no 🙂 Most of your part happens during the pre-work phase when you complete the prep and gather materials.
During the actual VIP Day, you don’t need to be glued to your screen — but you do need to be reachable for quick feedback or approvals.
Most clients go about their day as usual but keep an eye on messages from me through email, WhatsApp, or Messenger so they can reply right away when needed.
